Awesome Waffles ... !! Good Location right off the hwy ... this is an older property (meaning older=good) you get more room inside more parking outside fewer people per acre !! You'd think it was a new property by the updatedness ... next door and in the blocks all around and nearby they've recently completed almost every hotel chain you ever heard of ! It's hop ON & OFF the hwy (very convenient) to go to McAllen (40 min), PaloAlto Battlefield (27min), or SPADREISLAND/THEISLAND(Just under 1 hr).

I stayed here for 5 nights during the dusty part of a home renovation. I was looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable location as I was exhausted and bleeding money from the reno!!! LOL! The stay exceeded my expectations. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms pristine and newly renovated.

Every staff member we had contact with was exceptionally nice and friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and simple. Breakfast was simple, waffles, toast & bagels, pastries, juice, milk. I will be staying here every time I am visiting this area.
